Do You Like Fruits?

Yeah, do you eat fruits everyday or at least 3 days in a week? Most fruits contain high fiber and help detoxification effectively. I love to eat different kind of fruits and I supposed my dad is the person who nurtured us the good in eating fruits since we were small kids. My dad will prepare mix fruits before dinner and put into the fridge so that we can have it after the meal.

This habit has been practised for so many years. The particular one I love are red apple, grape, strawberry, banana, kiwi, orange and pear. The one in the pix here is a box of persimmons. This fruit is quite special because we hardly see it selling in the market but only during pre-Chinese New Year. Persimmon is my mum's favourite fruit. Well, some are very sweet but I just eat it one or two only. The words printed on the box there stated that persimmons can prevent heart disease but I'm wondering how true is it. But one thing for sure is to add one or two serving of fruits to your daily meal may get to healthier.
