Career Move: 1.0
I'm intended to have a career move therefore I started to apply for the relevant jobs. It followed by a few interview sessions subsequently. Some of it really wasted time! I'm wondering why they have the tendency to do this:->
Co. will put their desired candidates' qualifications & working experiences in the vacancy and advertised. But interviewer will ask:" whether or not u hv this/that experience (which is not indicated in the vacancy)...err...u seems not suitable for this position..." Pls don't waste time, just tell what r the important criterias u r looking for then it's much easier for candidates to decide whether/not one's qualifications & experiences r parallel with the position.
What r ur interview experience(s) which is annoying/funny/frustrated u think u like to share wth me?...

hmm.. been to a few interviews before and so far ok lah.. maybe there's one which is different.. it wasn't an interview at all!! The boss is a friend of mine and needed someone to help out so basically I was there to show face and chat only.. hehe
