Where Had U Guys Gone To?...
I went to hunt for CNY clothes on last Saturday In 1U. Because we both usually slept late on Friday so woke up quite late on Saturday. Therefore, we reached 1U in the afternoon about 1pm. We thought that'll be difficulty faced in looking for parking as it's the norm if we reach there after 11am. But surprisingly, there are many empty covered parking places. We shopped there with no "human traffic" too. So relax.
When I told my brothers about this later at night, my big bro said quite empty in Sunway Pyramid and same thing in Pavilion as my 2nd bro went there with his family in the afternoon. Is that strange? I guess this is supposed to be the prime time in buying stuff for CNY but how come these 3 major shopping complexes are quite empty one? Or it's so happen to be a co-incidence?...May I know where had u guys gone to on Saturday afternnon? Mind to share with me? Thank you!

it's unbelievable that there are still have empty carparks in 3 main shopping centre. normally, i will stay at home during the afternoon and go shopping at night
I think people just love to shop last minute ;)
Won't be surprised. I was in Sunway Pyramid during the weekend and it is so quiet. No CNY mood. I think its beacuse most of them no money to shop yet. School just re-opened and used up a lot of money for the kids. I bet it will be last minute shopping or izzit the economy is that bad?
I myself also scaled down my CNY shopping this year. Just spend moderate only. Buy when it is only necessarry. :)
i guess people are waiting for the sales...is there any sales out there yet?
I thought KL people loves shoppings...and there are people everywhere doing their shoppings..ya,what happened? no money,nay!!!
all going out at nite kua. besides pavillion are mostly branded stuff, not all family wanna go there, cause not many clothes too. sunway pyramid very boring, never liked the clothes but dont know abt the new wing though..
maybe they have all gone to The Gardens?
not much CNY feel years after years.....maybe due to the inflation these years!
Me being quite life-less, i stayed home (or went to the park the most) for the most part of my Saturday. But it is quite surprising though that 1u is empty. I mean, even if people aren't doing their CNY shopping, there should be crowds of still-very-rich teenagers hanging out there.
Maybe everyone's depressed about the end of the holidays and don't have the mood to go out. Haha, no wait.. that's all the more reason to go out and distract yourself from all the crap life is throwing at you!
Hmm, but i AM too broke to go for CNY shopping. I've already got my New Year clothes so i guess that doesn't matter.
